Mr. Awadhesh Prajapati left the office abruptly on 18th June 2026 and has not reported for duty since then. He departed without completing any formal handover of responsibilities, files, databases, or other company assets that were under his custody.

Despite repeated efforts, the Company has been unable to establish contact with Mr. Prajapati or his family members since that date.

Please be advised that Mr. Prajapati is believed to be in possession of certain Company documents, files, and data. The Company has neither authorized nor empowered him to represent the organization in any capacity after 18th June 2026.

Accordingly, any person dealing with Mr. Prajapati in matters relating to the Company shall do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility. The Company shall not be liable for any commitments, representations, transactions, or actions undertaken by him after the aforementioned date.
